We may receive your name, phone number, celebration date, delivery address and order details when you provide them voluntarily. We use them to answer you, quote, confirm the order, coordinate delivery and meet legal obligations.
How the form works
The contact form and cake builder do not store data on this website. They prepare a message and open WhatsApp so you can decide whether to send it. WhatsApp then processes the communication under its own privacy policy.
Legal basis and retention
We process data to take pre-contractual steps, fulfil an order, meet legal duties and, where relevant, with your consent. Enquiries are kept as long as needed to answer them, while order records are retained for applicable tax and legal periods.
Recipients and transfers
We do not sell personal data. Providers needed for hosting, messaging or delivery may process it. WhatsApp may involve international transfers managed by its provider. Optional analytics only runs with your consent.
Your rights
